Seestatt Consulting und Interim Management was awarded second place in the category Best Business Transformation “Medium” at the ASCO Award 2018 with the project G2 Ocean.
The popular Consulting Oscars were awarded this year on 7 November in the Marriott in Zurich. The awards went to the most sustainable, innovative and successful consulting projects in the categories Best Business Transformation “Small”, “Medium” and “Large”.
G2 Ocean emerged from Gearbulk and Grieg Star. Together with the two management teams, the basic principles of the future business model were developed and subsequently more and more employees were involved. The establishment and training of a professional global purchasing department led to significant improvements in results. Thanks to intelligent change management, the tight schedule was adhered to despite major potential conflicts.
The successful transformation has now been awarded the ASCO Award 2018 “Certification Best Business Transofrmation Medium”.
